Off-Ice Training

Our off-ice training programs are designed to complement on-ice skills by focusing on physical
fitness, strength, and conditioning. At On Point Hockey, we believe that a player’s development
extends beyond the rink, and our off-ice sessions are designed to build endurance, speed,
agility, and mental toughness.

Led by Josh Fontana, a sought-after performance coach and founder of Pure Strength
Academy, our off-ice sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of hockey players, ensuring
that they gain the strength, mobility, and flexibility necessary to excel on the ice.

Off-Ice Training Includes:
